The Department of Language, Literature and Communication provides teaching in broad, disciplinary bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes. Each programme begins with a number of core subjects, after which students can choose their own specialization.
Bachelor’s degree programmes
The two bachelor’s programmes in Communication and Information Sciences (CIW) and Literature and Society (L&S) translate the department’s expertise into attractive and inspiring education. The department provides a number of minor programmes based on the specific areas of expertise of its research groups. Minors, programmes consisting of 30 ECTS (5 months of study), are a fixed component of bachelor’s degrees that give students the opportunity to explore new topics or deepen their knowledge.
Master’s degree programmes
