Are you currently writing your thesis and are you struggling to keep going? Lots of students experience a writer's block during the process of writing their thesis. But there are solutions.
This workshop is aimed at students who are writing their thesis and who want to learn how to be more effective as writers and avoid getting stuck. We will review the different stages of the writing process and discuss the pitfalls students generally encounter during each of these stages. For each problem, we will also identify solutions. Most importantly, we will practise with several techniques that are aimed at overcoming your writer's block. These exercises are aimed at producing (a lot of) text and simplifying writing tasks. We will round off the workshop by making a list of tips and tricks that will help you throughout the rest of your thesis project.
